Just a head's up about September weddings in Northwest Arkansas...  Fayetteville becomes virtually impossible to have a wedding on a home football game weekend.  Hotels will not block rooms for guests.  Pratt Place does not rent out the barn (and they become a tailgating/parking place on gameday).  (I had my wedding at Pratt Place in the dining room and terrace on a Friday evening before a November game this past fall.  My guests were scattered in hotels around NWA.  I had no problems with any vendors, though, because of the game weekend.)

Pratt Place is beautiful but can become quite spendy.  You really are paying for just the space.  You will add to the cost by needing to rent everything like tables, chairs, etc.  The dining room on a Friday in fall was $1200, plus a $500 deposit (which does not go towards the final payment).  The barn gets pricier.  I don't remember exactly, but it can be upwards of over $3000.  They also require you to use one of their approved caterers.  ***As a side note...if you do bridal pictures, you can take your pictures in all of the "public" areas (non hotel rooms) here for free.  It's a gorgeous place for pictures.***

Carnall Hall on UA campus is beautiful, and prices vary depending on which space you use inside.  Again, though, if it's a game weekend, watch out, the hotel rooms there will be booked solid.  The outdoor area there gets a little tricky.  The area right outside the hotel is only available to use if you rent out the entire place...at a cost of $15,000 (as of late 2010/early 2011 when I was venue searching).  Old Main Lawn (and other places on campus), though, is free (or pretty cheap)  if you reserve through the University.

Trees by the Waterside (on Lake Fayetteville) is pretty neat, but I've heard they stopped allowing weddings.  It may be worth looking into, though.  http://www.treesatwaterside.com/

Springdale has Magnolia Gardens Inn.  I don't know much about it, but I've seen lovely pictures from there.  http://www.magnoliagardensinn.com/

There is a lodge out on Lake Wedington.  No alcohol is allowed, but it looks like it could be a pretty, outdoorsy area.  http://www.recreation.gov/camping/Lake_Wedington_Ar/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=NRSO&parkId=75480

Places I've heard of, but didn't research:

i am getting married in Gravette, AR which is about an hr NW of Fayettville, right in the corner of the state :)

Anyways, check out Horton Farms outside Gravette, it is beautiful and could easily accomodate that many people. I got a qoute from there for around 5k which was more than my entire budget so i scracted that idea. I am now getting married in Old Town Park ( nebo) which is right outside of town in a little valley.
